These fees are inclusive of all investment management and custodial fees charged directly to CFCI for the investment of assets. The fees are not inclusive of the internal management fees charged by mutual funds. CFCI will endeavor, at all times, to negotiate the lowest fees possible using the collective buying power of the pooled accounts. However, we reserve the right to change this fee structure on every three-year anniversary to adjust to any unforeseen increase in charges made to us by investment managers.
